Children’s Director
We are looking for a passionate individual who is wanting to partner with us as we raise up the next generation of trailblazers. Our heart at The Table is that revival starts at home, with each and every member of the family excited about the things of God. The Children’s Director will shepherd, disciple, and create a fun, safe, and faith-filled environment for children (birth–5th grade) to grow in their relationship with Christ.
This is a volunteer position with opportunities for future growth and development.
This position would need to have Sunday availability (2PM-10PM) and 1-5 hours of availability throughout the week for any prep and leadership meetings.
This position would be volunteering alongside our TTC leadership team.

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all children’s ministry programming
(Sundays, midweek, special-events)Recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams
Partner with parents to support children’s spiritual development
Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
Select or create Bible-based curriculum
Collaborate with pastoral staff and attend leadership meetings
Qualifications:
A growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Passion for children's ministry and discipleship
Experience working with children (paid or volunteer)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to recruit and lead teams
Organized, dependable, and flexible
